Being a Property Management we have also rules and regulations to follow in regards to the Government of Abu Dhabi and the strategy from the vision of 2030, after the launch of “Tawtheeq/Tenancy Contract Project” for the tenant registration of leasable properties and lease contracts using the latest global technologies and standards in this area, a highly experienced staff in this field were recruited for the application of Tawtheeq/Tenancy Contract in the company to issue the documents for all the properties of the company, through the documentation system of the company in coordination with Abu Dhabi Municipality and Contract Documentation Department after receiving all the supporting papers of the tenants required for contract documentation.
