This department possesses a high level of experience and qualification in terms of consultancy, management and maintenance contracts, and organization of tenancy; we assure that the building is free of any legal violations in accordance with Tenancy Law no. 20 of the year 2006 as amended and all other systems and regulations applicable in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
