Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Specialist to join our property management company. As a Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the contract making process for both new and renewal contracts with property owners, tenants, contractors, vendors, and other service providers.

Responsibilities:

Making new and renewal tenancy contract.

Ensure that all parties understand and agree to the terms of the contract.

Monitor contract timelines and ensure all necessary documentation is obtained.

Collaborate with other members of the property management team to achieve company goals.

Manage the renewal process for expiring contracts, ensuring that all parties are informed of upcoming deadlines and renewals are executed in a timely manner.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the property management industry.

Stay up to date with legal regulations and industry best practices related to contract making.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or a related field

2+ years of experience in contract negotiation and drafting within the property management industry.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Knowledge of legal regulations and industry best practices related to contract making.

Proven ability to negotiate favorable terms for the company.

Experience with contract management software is a plus.

As a Contract Specialist, you will play a critical role in our property management company, ensuring that all contracts are negotiated, drafted, and executed efficiently and effectively. Your ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, as well as your knowledge of legal regulations and industry best practices related to contract making, will be key to your success in this role.
